+ Do you charge to quote for a job ?
No. We do not charge to quote for a job, however in extreme circumstances when quoting on site, we may ask the customer to pay for the engineers travelling.
+ Do you charge for delivery and collection ?
No. We do not generally charge for delivery or collection.
Most of the time the delivering and collecting of items is done by our driver, however, when we send items via our external carriers the charge is included in the repair price unless otherwise agreed.
+ What levels of service do you offer ?
When referring to electronic services, we offer four different levels.
Urgent Quote
We aim to supply a quotation within 2 - 3 days of receipt of the job.
Quote
We aim to supply a quotation within 7 - 10 days of receipt of the job.
Normal Service
We aim to repair and return the job within 2 - 3 weeks of receipt of the job.
Emergency Service
We aim to repair and return the job as soon as humanly possible.
+ Do you have a quality policy in place ?
We are currently accredited with ISO 9001:2000 by TUV.
+ What warranty period do you offer ?
We currently offer a full 12 months warranty on all repairs. The warranty period begins once the item is installed.
+ What hours do you operate ?
We cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Using telephone number 0121 557 3837
The workshop is open from 0800 - 1630, monday to friday.
+ Do you cover site work ?
Yes. Our engineers are fully trained to work on most equipment used within industry.
When an engineer is requested on site, you will be charged the applicable hourly rate from the moment he leaves our workshop until he returns. He will provide you with a service report, outlining the work carried out and also his start and finish times.
