Q. What levels of service do you offer ?


A. When refering to electronic services, we offer five different levels.

Urgent Quote We aim to supply a quotation within 2 - 3 days of receipt of the job.
Quote We aim to supply a quotation within 7 - 10 days of receipt of the job.
Normal Service We aim to repair and return the job within 2 - 3 weeks of receipt of the job.
Emergency Service We aim to repair and return the job as soon as humanly possible.
Call Out Service This service refers to out of normal working hours calls. We aim to respond to a call
within 4 hours of the call. However, our repsonse is generally less than 2 hours.

All of the above times are to be used as a guide only, and are all subject to availability of required spares.
