Q. What levels of service do you offer ?
A. When refering to electronic services, we offer five different levels.
| Urgent Quote |
We aim to supply a quotation within 2 - 3 days of receipt of the job. |
| Quote |
We aim to supply a quotation within 7 - 10 days of receipt of the job. |
| Normal Service |
We aim to repair and return the job within 2 - 3 weeks of receipt of the job. |
| Emergency Service |
We aim to repair and return the job as soon as humanly possible. |
| Call Out Service |
This service refers to out of normal working hours calls. We aim to respond to a call
within 4 hours of the call. However, our repsonse is generally less than 2 hours. |
All of the above times are to be used as a guide only, and are all subject to availability of required spares.
