| Q. Do you cover site work ? A. Yes. Our engineers are fully trained to work on most equipment used within industry. When an engineer is requested on site, you will be charged the applicable hourly rate from the moment he leaves our workshop until he returns. He will provide you with a service report, outlining the work carried out and also his start and finish times. |
